Instructions

Preparation

  • Peel and chop the ripe bananas into manageable chunks.
  • If using frozen blueberries, let them thaw for smoother blending.

Blending

  • In a blender, combine banana chunks, thawed blueberries, plain yogurt, honey, and almond milk in that order.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, occasionally scraping down the sides.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more almond milk if necessary, and sweeten with additional honey if desired.

Serving

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, preferably with a straw.

Notes
