Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  • In another bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and slightly glossy.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let the brownie bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before lifting it out to cool completely on a wire rack.
