Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush bread slices with olive oil and lay the sliced baguette rounds on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 5–7 minutes until golden, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
  • In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.

Assembly

  • Remove toasted baguette slices from the oven and dollop generous amounts of creamy burrata on each.
  • Spoon the flavorful tomato and basil mix on top of the burrata.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.

Notes

Use day-old baguette for better texture. Experiment with toppings for added depth. Ensure crispiness by placing the slices on a rack while baking.
