  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sugar Or honey
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasonings as needed.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced cucumbers, shredded imitation crab, and diced avocado.
  • Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and optional garnishes. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, allow the salad to marinate in the dressing for about 15 minutes before serving. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
