Instructions

Prepare the Caramel Sauce

  • Slowly drizzle in the heavy cream, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • Add the salt, stir to combine, and let it cool slightly.

Prepare the Cheesecake Mousse

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and free of lumps.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create a light and airy mousse.
  • Divide this combination into two equal halves.
  • To one half, add the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
  • In the other half, combine the strong brewed coffee and melted chocolate, stirring until smooth.

Assemble the Mousse

  • In serving glasses, alternate the vanilla cheesecake mousse and the chocolate coffee cheesecake mousse.
