Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, whole milk, and sour cream.
  • Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Optionally, add frozen peas and cooked corn.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.

Baking

  • Arrange the refrigerated biscuits on top of the chicken mixture. Brush with melted butter.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
  • Once biscuits are golden, sprinkle on additional shredded cheddar cheese and bake for an extra 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
