Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  • Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top and add 4 slices of pepperoni per tortilla.
  • Finish off with a sprinkle of oregano, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Tightly roll up each tortilla, keeping the fillings inside, and place in the baking dish seam-side down.

Baking

  • Spoon extra pizza sauce over the tops of the roll-ups, then add more shredded mozzarella and additional pepperoni slices if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with dried parsley or basil just before serving.

Notes

To prevent tortillas from breaking, warm them slightly in the microwave for about 20 seconds before filling. Feel free to add other favorite pizza toppings to suit your preference. For a crispier texture, broil the roll-ups for the last 1-2 minutes of baking.
