  • 3 pieces chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized cubes.
  • 1 pound pasta Use your favorite type (penne, fettuccine, etc.).
  • 6 pieces kaiser rolls Adjust quantity based on needs.
  • 15 ounces alfredo sauce Approximately one jar.
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter Melted.
  • 3 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning Adjust for personal taste.
  • 0.5 cups shredded parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking chicken.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Season the chicken cubes with garlic herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Slice off the tops of the kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers carefully.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic herb seasoning and brush inside the hollowed-out rolls.
  • Bake the rolls at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.

Cooking and Assembly

  • Toss the cooked pasta with Alfredo sauce and the cooked chicken mixture.
  • Fill each toasted bread bowl generously with the chicken Alfredo pasta.
  • Top each bowl with shredded parmesan cheese and return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve warm, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
