Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and crumbled feta until smooth.
  • Fold in dried cranberries, chopped green onions (or chives), and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread an even layer of the mixture on a flour tortilla, leaving a small border.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to encase the filling.
  • Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Slice the chilled tortillas into 1-inch pieces and serve.

Notes

Allow cream cheese to soften before mixing. Refrigerate rolls for better slicing and flavor melding.
