Instructions

Preparation

  • Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then lightly coat each piece with flour.

Cooking Chicken

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook the chicken pieces in batches for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Sautéing Vegetables

  • In the same skillet, add butter and allow it to melt, then toss in the mushrooms and onions. Cook for approximately 6 to 8 minutes until caramelized.

Incorporating Flavors
