Ingredients

For the Lobster Tails

  • 2 pieces lobster tails, fresh and sweet
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced fragrant and pungent
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream rich and luscious
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated nutty and savory
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice bright and zesty
  • Salt and pepper, to taste to enhance flavors
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) vibrant and aromatic
  • Lemon wedges (optional, for serving) for a citrusy kick

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, creating a split.
  • Gently lift the meat over the shell but leave it attached at the base for a beautiful presentation.

Making the Sauce

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  • Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, adding the lemon juice and mixing well.
  • Allow the sauce to cook for 2-3 minutes until it slightly thickens.
  • Season your sauce with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.

Baking

  • Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  • Generously spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the lobster meat.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the lobster tails are opaque and fully cooked.

Serving

  • Once out of the oven, sprinkle the lobster tails with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately with optional lemon wedges for a refreshing finish.

Notes

For best results, use fresh lobster tails. Avoid overcooking and feel free to experiment with additional herbs for a unique flavor. Pair with light side dishes to balance the richness.
