Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and butter. Allow them to melt together.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and thyme leaves. Bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring each piece is coated in the sauce.

Serving
