Instructions

Prepare the Beets

  • Begin by boiling halved beets in salted water for about 20 minutes until tender.
  • Once cooked, peel and slice them into attractive pieces.

Blend the Feta Mix

  • Blend until creamy and smooth.

Make the Marinade

  • In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, date syrup, and olive oil until well combined.

Marinate the Beets
