Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until well-coated.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the oiled cauliflower and toss gently.
  • Spread coated cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm with Greek yogurt or ranch dip and lemon wedges.

Notes

Ensure cauliflower florets are uniform in size for even cooking. For crispy results, dry cauliflower before coating with oil.
