Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, place the cauliflower florets. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again.

Roasting

  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Transfer roasted cauliflower to a serving plate, garnish with parsley, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
