Instructions

Preparation

  • In a jar, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, grated ginger, clover honey, and sea salt. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously until well combined. Set aside.
  • Rinse and dry all vegetables thoroughly. Chop the cauliflower, broccoli, red cabbage, carrots, parsley, and celery into bite-sized pieces.
  • Coarsely chop the raw almonds for added texture.

Combining Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped vegetables, almonds, sunflower seeds, and raisins together until evenly mixed.

Dressing and Serving

  • Pour the prepared vinaigrette over the salad mixture. Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.

Notes
