Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzels, and mixed nuts. Stir gently to mix them evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, dill pickle juice, and olive oil until well blended.
  • Pour the seasoning mixture over the cereal blend and stir until evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Once baked, remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  • Gently fold in the dill pickle chips after cooling.
  • Transfer to an airtight container.

Notes

Experiment with different nuts for added crunch, and spice it up by adding cayenne pepper or chili powder. For a fresher flavor, use homemade ranch seasoning.
