Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon finely crushed dill weed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • a few drops green food coloring (optional) Optional for color enhancement
  • 1 gummy worm molds Or any small silicone mold

Instructions

Preparation

  • Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the dill pickle juice in a small pan. Allow it to sit for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Warm the pan over low heat while stirring continuously until the gelatin fully dissolves.
  • Add the granulated sugar, dill weed, garlic powder, and optional green food coloring, and continue stirring until the mixture is smooth.

Molding

  • Pour the mixture into gummy worm molds using a dropper or a small spoon.
  • Tap the molds gently on the counter to release any air bubbles.

Setting

  • Refrigerate the molds for 1–2 hours until the gummies firm up completely.

Finishing

  • Once the gummies have stiffened, carefully pop them out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

To enhance flavor, consider adding more dill weed or using other food colors to create multicolored gummies. For a healthier option, reduce sugar or substitute with a natural sweetener.
