  • 4 cups chicken broth Provides savory depth.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Transforms the broth into a creamy sauce.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce An umami boost.
  • 1 tsp chili oil (optional) For extra heat.

For the Ramen

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning) The perfect vehicle for flavors.
  • 2 pieces green onions, finely chopped For freshness and color.
  • Optional: soft-boiled egg, sesame seeds For added richness and texture.

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken

  • In a bowl, combine the chicken with sriracha, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Chicken

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Allow to rest, then slice into strips.

Prepare the Broth

  • In a pot, melt unsalted butter and sauté minced garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chili oil if desired.

Cook the Ramen

  • Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions, discard seasoning packets, then drain.

Assemble the Bowls

  • Divide noodles into serving bowls. Pour creamy broth over noodles. Arrange sliced chicken on top.

Garnish & Serve
