Instructions

Cooking the Noodles

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until just tender, following package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Steak

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Season sirloin steak with salt and pepper before adding to the pan. Sear until beautifully browned on both sides, then remove and let rest. Slice thinly against the grain.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Allow to thicken slightly.

Combining and Serving
