Instructions

Preparation

  • Roast the garlic at 400°F (200°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden and soft. Once cooled, mash it into a smooth paste.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, roasted garlic paste, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper into the creamy butter mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper or plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Roll tightly and secure the ends.
  • Refrigerate the butter log for at least 2 hours until firm. Slice into thick rounds before serving.

Notes

To maximize flavors, consider roasting extra garlic. You can also replace half the butter with Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
