  • Season it with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Stir in the ketchup and mustard to elevate the flavor.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Forming the Bombs

  • Take a biscuit dough round and flatten it out in your palm.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef filling in the center, along with a square of cheddar cheese.
  • Carefully pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the filling inside, forming a nice round ball.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush each bomb generously with melted butter, then sprinkle garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese over them.
  • Bake the bombs for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.

Finishing Touch

  • As soon as they come out of the oven, brush the hot cheeseburger bombs with extra melted garlic butter and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For maximum flavor, consider letting the beef filling rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes before assembling the bombs. For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling. Can be served with dipping sauces such as ranch or barbecue.
