Seasoning

  • Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
  • Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; stir to combine and cook for another minute.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Lay one flour tortilla flat. On one half, sprinkle a layer of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Place a portion of cooked beef on top, followed by diced tomatoes and green onions. Add ketchup or mustard if desired.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.

Grilling

  • Heat a grill pan over medium heat and place wraps seam-side down.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a healthier option. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses and veggies. Don’t overfill the wraps to prevent bursting while grilling.
