Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, toss the bite-sized pieces of chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Heat your grill to medium-high.
  • If preferred, thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers for easier handling.

Grilling

  • Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and lightly charred. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • While the chicken is grilling, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.

Serving

  • Allow the chicken to rest briefly after grilling to retain juices. Serve with the creamy garlic sauce drizzled over or on the side, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Feel free to adjust the sauce with herbs like dill or chives. Add a pinch of cayenne for spice if desired.
