Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee (or brewed cooled coffee), vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Gently fold the coffee mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula.
  • If desired, stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top. Cover it well.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.
