Instructions

Preparation

  • Brush the halved peaches with olive oil evenly. Place the peaches cut-side down on a preheated grill or grill pan. Allow them to grill for 2-3 minutes until beautifully charred.
  • In a dry skillet over medium heat, lay the prosciutto slices flat. Flip them after 1-2 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Let them cool on a paper towel.

Assembly

  • On a serving dish, arrange the grilled peach halves, scattering the crispy prosciutto pieces around them.
  • Nestle the burrata ball in the center. Drizzle hot honey generously over the platter, adding fresh basil or mint leaves and black pepper if desired.
  • Serve with toasted sourdough slices or crostini.
