  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped Brings a burst of sweetness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • In an ovenproof skillet or a deep baking dish, combine orzo, minced garlic, chili flakes, oregano, smoked paprika, sun-dried tomatoes, tomato paste, and broth. Stir gently.

Baking

  • Make a nest in the middle of the mixture and place the feta block there. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, pour in the cream, and stir. Return to oven uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.

Serving

  • Give everything a stir, season to taste, and garnish with fresh herbs.
  • Serve warm with crusty bread.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream. Adjust flavors and seasonings to your preference.
