  • Stir in halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle in all the spices: salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired. Mix everything together, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Fold in fresh parsley and lemon juice. Optionally, top with crumbled feta cheese.
