Cheese and Crust

  • 1 ball cold burrata ball (125–150g) The star ingredient, rich and creamy.
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour For coating the burrata.
  • to taste everything seasoning A mix of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic, onion, and salt.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Shape the burrata ball into a sphere.
  • Roll the burrata in flour until fully coated.
  • Coat the sphere with everything seasoning.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then serve and break open to enjoy the molten cheese inside.

To ensure success, remember to preheat your oven thoroughly and cover your burrata sphere generously in flour and seasoning. Avoid overheating the burrata before shaping.
