Preparation

  • In a bowl, pour the Jello powder over boiling water. Stir until it’s completely dissolved. Allow it to cool for a bit while you prepare the other layers.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until it’s fully incorporated.
  • In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  • Press the graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of your dish to form the crust.

Assembly

  • Spread the cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  • Carefully pour half of the cooled strawberry Jello over the cream cheese layer.
  • Repeat the process by adding another layer of the graham cracker crust, cream cheese mixture, and remaining Jello.

Chilling

  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator, allowing it to chill and set for about 2 to 4 hours.
  • Before serving, elegantly arrange sliced fresh strawberries on top.
