Ingredients

For the blueberry swirl

For the drink

  • 1/2 cup white rum (or coconut rum) Optional for non-alcoholic version.
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk Brings sweetness and creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice For a frosty finish.
  • Whipped cream Whipped cream For topping.
  • Sugared blueberries Sugared blueberries For decoration.
  • Crystal sugar Crystal sugar (for rim) To dress up the glasses.

Instructions

Make the Swirl

  • In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened. Cool and blend until smooth.

Blend the Base

  • In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed ice. Blend until silky-smooth.

Layer the Magic

  • Drizzle blueberry swirl inside chilled glasses. Slowly pour in the coconut mixture, allowing flavors to swirl.

Top and Shine

  • Rim glasses with crystal sugar. Add whipped cream and top with sugared blueberries.

Notes

For extra creaminess, substitute coconut milk for coconut cream. Add mint leaves or vanilla extract for variation. Store any leftovers in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
