Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by placing your peeled and chopped peaches into a large mixing bowl and sprinkling the sugar over them. Mix well and let the peaches sit for about one hour.
  • After an hour, take the macerated peaches and blend them into a smooth puree using a food processor or blender.
  • In a spacious bowl, combine the peach puree with the half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • Gradually add whole milk to the mixture, stirring continuously until the desired consistency is achieved.

Churning

  • Transfer your mixture to an ice cream maker and churn it for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • In the last few minutes of churning, add any leftover peach chunks for texture.

Freezing

  • Once churning is done, transfer the ice cream into a storage container and freeze for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
  • If you don’t have an ice cream maker, freeze the mixture in a dish and stir every 30 minutes for 3 to 4 hours.
