Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, add the diced pineapple, cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and your chosen herbs. If you are feeling adventurous, include the finely diced jalapeño.

Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey (or maple syrup), salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
