Instructions

Preparation of crust

  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed.
  • Firmly press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, ensuring an even layer.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the cheesecake filling.

Preparation of cheesecake filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Fold in the M&M candies and toffee bits evenly.

Assembly and chilling

  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust in the springform pan, spreading it out evenly.
