Ingredients

For the crust

  • 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1/4 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 cup pink whipped cream frosting
  • M&Ms and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted unsalted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are thoroughly coated in butter.
  • Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Use the back of a measuring cup or your fingers to create an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream and your choice of strawberry or raspberry jam until well combined, creating a beautiful pink color.
  • Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and 1/2 cup of M&Ms, ensuring they are distributed evenly throughout the mixture.
  • Carefully pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared cookie crust. Smooth the top with a spatula for an even finish.
  • Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Once set, pipe pink whipped cream frosting around the edges of the cheesecake. Garnish with additional M&Ms and chocolate shavings.
  • Remove the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and serve!

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother mixture. When whipping the heavy cream, be careful not to overwhip it. Feel free to swap candies or add nuts for extra crunch.
