Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by grating the potatoes and onion. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the grated potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well incorporated.

Cooking the Beef Filling

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Once cooked, stir in the chopped parsley and allow to cool slightly before mixing in the shredded cheese.

Assembling the Pancakes

  • Take a small amount of the potato mixture, flatten it into a patty, and spoon beef filling in the center.

Frying
