Instructions

Prepare the Crust

  • In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated and resemble wet sand.
  • Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a solid crust. Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill.

Make the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and free of lumps.

Fold in the Whipped Cream

  • Gently fold the whipped heavy cream into the peanut butter mixture with a spatula until fully incorporated.

Fill the Crust

  • Remove the crust from the refrigerator and spread the peanut butter cheesecake filling evenly over the crust, smoothing the top.

Chill

  • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set. Overnight chilling yields the best results.

Garnish and Serve

  • Top the cheesecake with halved mini Reese’s cups, sprinkle peanut butter chips, and add swirls of whipped cream.
  • Drizzle chocolate and caramel sauces over the dessert to finish.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to prevent lumps. Chill the cheesecake overnight for the best texture. Customize toppings for a personal touch.
