Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

Rolling the Cake

  • Sprinkle a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar.

  • Roll the cake and towel from the short end and let it cool completely.
