Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather your high-speed blender or food processor, and add in the cottage cheese.
  • Add the roasted red pepper, nutritional yeast, garlic, paprika, cumin, chili powder or cayenne, olive oil, and a dash of salt.
  • Blend these ingredients until they create a luscious, creamy consistency.

Adjust Heat

  • Taste the mixture and adjust the heat by adding more chili powder or hot sauce if desired.
  • Blend again for another minute until everything is well combined and smooth.

Heat Gently (Optional)

  • Pour the dip into a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly. Avoid boiling.
  • Alternatively, microwave the dip in 30-second intervals until warm.

Garnish & Serve

  • Transfer to a serving bowl and top with diced jalapeños, cilantro, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or warm pita.
