Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s smooth and aromatic.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1–2 minutes until it becomes fragrant.

Cooking

  • Place the lobster tails in the pan shell side down, ensuring the meat is well basted with the garlic butter. Cook for 5–6 minutes until opaque and tender. Remove from the skillet.
  • Increase the heat to medium-high and add the scallops to the pan. Sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over both the lobster and scallops, then sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and coarsely ground black pepper.
  • Arrange everything on a serving dish, garnishing with lemon wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

For better results, ensure seafood is fresh. Avoid overcrowding the pan when searing scallops to create a proper crust. Consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat or different herbs like thyme for a personalized touch.
