Instructions

Preparation

  • Mix the toasted shredded coconut and brown sugar on a small plate.
  • Dip the rim of your martini glass into caramel sauce and press it into the coconut-sugar mixture to coat.
  • Place the glass in the refrigerator to chill.

Blending

  • In a shaker or blender, combine chilled coconut milk, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  • Shake or blend until smooth and frothy.

Assembly

  • Remove the chilled glass from the refrigerator and pour the creamy mixture into it.
  • Top with whipped coconut cream and drizzle extra caramel over the top.
