Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Baking

Mushroom Sauce

  • While the meatloaf bakes, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced cremini mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Stir in minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer until slightly thickened.

Final Assembly

  • Remove meatloaf from the oven and layer with Swiss cheese.
