Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly coated and press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.

Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix well.
  • Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan, spreading evenly.

Baking

Topping
