Instructions

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine the instant coffee powder with hot water. Stir until fully dissolved, then set aside to cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate the mixture to keep it chilled.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and unsalted butter. Melt in short bursts, stirring until smooth and creamy. Allow to cool slightly.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Combine and Chill
