Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking dish or sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the brie wheel on the prepared dish and arrange pear slices and fig halves on top, followed by a sprinkle of walnuts.
  • Drizzle everything with honey, and sprinkle thyme leaves, flaky sea salt, and black pepper.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and just starting to ooze.

Serving

  • Carefully transfer to a serving board, add an extra honey drizzle, and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
  • Serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.

Notes
